Your Body Deserves Focused Personal Care

Virtual physical therapy is a telehealth appointment where you meet with a licensed physical therapist online.  Sessions focus on education, guided exercises, posture and movement training and self-management strategies- all from the comfort of your home.  ALL patients must be a VIRGINIA RESIDENT.

Low back and pelvic floor therapy is not only hands-on.  In fact, much of the treatment involves:

  • Teaching you how to find and activate your pelvic floor/core muscles
  • Guiding breathing and posture techniques
  • Reviewing safe exercises for your condition
  • Coaching daily habits for bladder, bowel or pelvic support
  • Using visual demonstrations and feedback while you practice

Resilient Bodies physical therapy can help with:
